Terms of Use for Reflective Mastery Program

Welcome to the Reflective Mastery development program ("Program") landing page ("Site"), operated by Alpha.Phi Consulting, owned by Andrijana Filipovic / Grow With U Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. By accessing or using the Site or enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Program.

This Site serves to provide information about the Reflective Mastery Program, an online e-learning development program with modules, quizzes, and certificates. 3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older. No prior experience required.

 

4. Enrolment and Payments

Enrolment creates an account and requires agreement to these Terms and Privacy Policy via a checkbox. Payments are non-refundable after access begins (14-day money-back guarantee if no content is accessed). All payments are final.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, features, and functionality of the Site and Program, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, quizzes, materials, and software, are the exclusive property of Alpha.Phi Consulting, owned by Andrijana Filipovic / Grow With U Academy, is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material, except for personal, non-commercial use during your enrolment period (lifetime access, as specified).
